Finally, a break in the soggy, rainy, humid, gray weather! We had this stagnate weather for 20 days.   Despite the weather, I’ve been busy on the back porch . . .

All the pieces pictured finally air dried -greenware is the term for this stage. (Nothing like watching clay dry on wet humid days!)  Next will be a bisque firing which hardens the clay in preparation to accept a glaze.  The final step will be applying glaze then a glaze firing.
